VPS & Private Network Setup

I need a specialist who can get me up and running quickly with a VPS or an equivalent private-network solution that is reachable from (and preferably located in) my home country. The end goal is simple: I want a stable machine that I can log into securely, treat as my own server, and expand later for light hosting or personal services.

Here is what matters to me:
• Platform: I’m happy with either a Windows-based or macOS-based environment—whichever you recommend and can source reliably. Linux is not my first choice this time.
• Access & security: I expect encrypted remote-desktop or SSH-style access, a firewall configured to limit exposure, and clear instructions so I can reconnect from home without surprises.
• Location: The closer the server is to my home country, the better the latency and routing. If that requires working with a regional provider or setting up a tunnel from an existing data centre, please outline the steps.
• Speed: I’m looking to have this operational ASAP, so I value an efficient rollout plan and good communication.
• Handover: Once the instance or private node is live, I’ll need admin credentials plus a concise hand-off document that covers IP details, login procedure, backup snapshot instructions, and how to scale storage or RAM later.
