Vending Machine Purchase Web App

I need a web application that lets customers walk up to any of my connected vending machines, scan a QR code or enter a short URL, and immediately:
• upload the documents they want to print.
• select the specifications they want print in.
• pay through cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or any other common gateway, and
• receive a digital receipt plus a running purchase history they can revisit later.
On my side, the same backend should update stock levels the moment a sale goes through, trigger automated restocking alerts whenever an item hits a threshold I set, and compile clear inventory reports I can export for accounting. Real-time accuracy is critical because I rely on it to plan service routes.
A lightweight admin dashboard is enough—no bloated ERP features—but the code must be clean, well-documented, and easy for another developer to extend later (for example, if I decide to add machine-health diagnostics down the road).
Please build the app as a modern SPA (React, Vue, or similar) with a REST or GraphQL API, secure payment integration, and WebSocket or similar tech for instant stock updates. Once complete I’ll test it at one pilot machine; after sign-off I’ll roll it out fleet-wide.
