I’m launching LokaalQ, a local delivery platform for Krommenie, and I need a single-screen, mobile-first landing page that convinces visitors to reserve a Founding Membership. The look should feel modern and trendy rather than minimalistic or playful, and everything has to run on simple, low-cost tech so I don’t get locked into pricey subscriptions.
Core flow
– Visitors watch a 30-second promo video embedded near the top.
– A short, clear “How LokaalQ Works” section follows.
– The key call to action is a lightweight form (name, email or phone, postcode).
– On submit, the site generates a unique referral link for that user, shows a WhatsApp share button pre-filled with the link, and stores who referred whom.
– The incentive is straightforward: “Invite 3 friends and get your first month free.” I need the referral counter to reflect that automatically.
Back-end requirements
• All registrations and referrals must feed into an easily accessible admin view—Google Sheet, Airtable, or a lightweight database with CSV export is fine, as long as I can open it without special licences.
• No payments are taken now, only the €3/month note for after launch.
• The stack should avoid ongoing fees; think vanilla JS/PHP, Firebase free tier, Supabase, or similar.

1. Fully responsive landing page (mobile-first, looks solid on desktop).
2. Working referral logic: unique links, WhatsApp share, referral tracking, simple reward counter.
3. Admin list/Sheet showing every signup with referrer ID.
