DSM-IV Diagnostic Report App

I need a cross-platform mobile application that comes pre-loaded with the full DSM-IV catalogue and each diagnosis’s typical presentation. My goal is to speed up clinical documentation, so the app must let me search diagnoses quickly, answer guided prompts, and then export a polished PDF report I can hand straight to a client or attach to an EHR.

Core flow
• Log in securely (basic email/password is fine for now).
• Type keywords or scroll the DSM-IV list to find the relevant disorder.
• Tap the diagnosis, complete the prompt-based questionnaire, and generate a ready-to-share PDF.

Key requirements
– Search functionality for diagnoses that filters as I type.
– Report generation prompts that can be edited from an admin area.
– User authentication to protect client data.
- Send for signing for multiple parties
– Native builds (or a single React Native/Flutter codebase) that run smoothly on both iOS and Android.
- Allow the user to generate abc charts as this is also behaviour related for reports headed straight for the government reporting agencies
– Share, print, and save the final PDF directly from the device.

Acceptance criteria
1. All DSM-IV diagnoses are available offline.
2. Search returns results in under one second for a list of 300+ entries.
3. Generated PDFs match a sample layout I will provide and open successfully in Adobe Reader and iOS Files.
4. Builds pass App Store and Google Play submission checks.
