# Project Title
MVP Development for an On-Demand Labor Marketplace App
# Project Description
We are looking for a developer to help build an MVP version of an Uber-style platform that connects customers who need loading and unloading assistance with nearby workers.
The initial goal is to create a simple but functional marketplace where customers can post short-term jobs, and available workers in the surrounding area can view and apply for these tasks. Customers should be able to review applicants and select the required number of workers for the job.
The MVP should focus only on the core functionality needed to validate the business idea, including user registration, customer and worker profiles, job posting, location-based job discovery, worker applications, job acceptance, basic work hour tracking, and in-app payment processing.
The payment flow should support the platform business model, where 80% of each completed job payment is paid to the worker and 20% is retained as a platform commission.
A basic admin panel is also required to manage users, jobs, payments, and platform activity.
At this stage, we are not looking for a fully expanded marketplace solution but rather a reliable MVP that can be launched quickly, tested with real users, and improved based on feedback. The ideal developer should help define the right architecture and implement a scalable foundation for future growth.
