Your task is purely manual: open each page, copy the visible text word-for-word—including every line break, bullet, accent mark and punctuation mark—and paste it into the matching columns in my sheet.

Nothing should be run through an automated scraper; I need the formatting kept clean and free of hidden characters. After each batch, a fast visual cross-check against the source page is required to be sure every paragraph made it across intact.
