I have a set of digital medical records stored as PDF files and I need them converted into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The PDFs contain three distinct data groups—patient information, insurance details, and billing codes.

Your task is to extract every data point accurately, enter it into the corresponding columns I will provide, and double-check for consistency so the final spreadsheet is ready for downstream billing workflows.
