Ongoing Accurate Data Entry

I run a small home-based digital workspace and need an extra pair of reliable hands to keep my data tidy and up-to-date. Most of the material arrives as PDFs, scanned pages or handwritten notes; your job is to translate that information into clean, well-structured spreadsheets or the occasional online form so I can focus on the next steps of my projects.

You’ll receive clear instructions for each batch, along with any templates I already use in Excel or Google Sheets. Consistency, careful spelling and an eye for detail are what matter most to me—speed is appreciated, but accuracy comes first.

Deliverables for every assignment
• Completed spreadsheet or form populated exactly as the source dictates
• Basic formatting (dates, currency, text casing) so the file is ready to use without extra cleanup
• Quick note back flagging anything unreadable or ambiguous rather than guessing
