Experienced Multi-Camera Videographer Needed to Record 90-Minute Conference Presentation

I am seeking an experienced professional videographer to record my 90-minute presentation at the 2026 ASALH Annual Conference in Norfolk, Virginia.
The videographer should have experience recording keynote speakers, conference presentations, workshops, or similar live events. The finished video will be used for promotional, educational, and professional purposes, so high-quality video and clear audio are essential.

Presentation time: 7-8:30pm Eastern time
Recording time: Approximately 90 minutes, plus setup and breakdown

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
• Record the entire presentation using at least two professional cameras
• Capture a primary view of the speaker and a secondary angle showing the audience, stage, or presentation screen
• Record clean, professional audio directly from the venue’s sound system when possible
• Provide a backup audio recording using a wireless lavalier microphone, shotgun microphone, or professional audio recorder
• Capture selected audience reactions and engagement
• Arrive early enough to set up, test equipment, and coordinate with the venue’s audiovisual team
• Monitor all cameras and audio throughout the presentation
• Work discreetly without distracting the audience or interrupting the event

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience recording professional speakers, keynote presentations, conferences, workshops, or live events
• Experience operating a multi-camera setup
• Strong knowledge of lighting, audio recording, camera placement, and live-event production
• Ability to produce clear footage in conference-room lighting conditions
• Dependable, professional, punctual, and comfortable working independently

DELIVERABLES
• Complete professionally edited video of the 90-minute presentation
• Synchronized multi-camera footage with clean, enhanced audio
• Inclusion of presentation slides when appropriate
• Basic color correction and audio balancing
• Full-resolution digital video suitable for YouTube, websites, online courses, and promotional use
• All original raw video and audio files
• One short highlight video, approximately 2–3 minutes, featuring key moments from the presentation
• Delivery through Google Drive, Dropbox, or another agreed-upon file-transfer service
