I need someone who thrives on untangling design problems, whether that means re-thinking layout, refining user flow, or re-engineering a visual component for better usability and aesthetics. Proficiency with industry-standard tools—think Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or equivalent CAD/software if the solution leans more toward product design—will be critical because I’ll be expecting editable source files alongside your recommendations.

Deliverables I’ll use to sign off the project:
• Signed NDA (prior to kickoff)
• Concise diagnostic report outlining the issue and constraints
• Two or three solution concepts with rationale and mock-ups/prototypes
• Final, production-ready design assets once we agree on the preferred direction
