Visitor, Task, CRM Web App

I’m putting together a single web-based application made up of three focused modules and I’d like a developer who can build them as one cohesive system:

Visitor Management
The visitor module needs to cover the essentials—visitor check-in/check-out, instant ID badge printing, and a searchable visitor history. Speed and ease of use at the reception desk are critical, so quick-scan QR or barcode support will be helpful.

Task Management
The second module revolves around tracking task progress. Users must be able to create a task, assign it, and then follow its status in real time through to completion. Simple visual cues (Kanban, progress bars, or similar) are welcome as long as the emphasis stays on up-to-date progress visibility rather than heavy planning features.

CRM (Lightweight)
For the CRM component I only need sales tracking for now: pipeline stages, deal values, and close dates. Contact management and support tickets are not in scope at this stage, but please leave the architecture open enough that they could be added later without a full rewrite.

Stack & Integration
I’m flexible on tech as long as it’s modern and maintainable—something like React or Vue on the front end and a well-structured REST or GraphQL API on the back end (Node, Laravel, Django, or similar). A single sign-on experience across all three modules is required. Data should live in one relational database so the modules can share information where appropriate.

Deliverables
• A responsive web application with the three modules fully functional
• Source code in a version-controlled repository (Git)
• Basic setup documentation and a short hand-off walk-through

Acceptance will be based on smooth module integration, clean UI/UX, and demonstration of the specific features listed above working end-to-end in a browser.
