Zoho Campaign Setup & Management

I need a full-cycle Zoho Campaign created for my existing customers, focused on a series of promotional offers. All text, design, scheduling, and post-send analysis should be handled inside Zoho Campaigns so I can review everything in one place.

Content & Copy
You will write concise, persuasive copy that highlights each promotion and motivates repeat purchases. Tone should match our established brand voice, and the call-to-action must be crystal-clear.

Template Design
A responsive email template is required. Please weave in my supplied branding guidelines—logo, typography, colours, and image style—so the campaign feels consistent with the rest of our communications. The design must render flawlessly on both mobile and desktop clients.

List Preparation & Automation
Import and clean the existing-customer list, tag it appropriately, and build any segments needed for personalisation. Set up a simple automation flow (e.g., resend to non-openers after 48 hours) to improve reach without creating inbox fatigue.

Scheduling & Quality Assurance
Choose the optimal delivery window based on Zoho analytics, run final tests, and resolve any formatting or link errors before the send goes live.

Reporting
After launch, provide a concise performance report detailing opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes, and top-performing links so we can measure ROI and decide on next steps.
