I’m ready to launch a new online store and need a full e-commerce site built with Django at its core. The end result should be a polished, responsive storefront that I can easily expand as my product catalog grows.
Here’s the core of what I’m after:
• A clean, modern front-end that guides shoppers smoothly from browsing to purchase.
• A Django back-end that handles product listings, inventory, user accounts, and order management reliably.
• Secure checkout flow integrated with popular payment gateways.
• Admin screens where I can add or edit products, upload images, set prices, and track orders without touching code.
I already have hosting arranged; you’ll receive FTP/SSH access and a fresh PostgreSQL database the moment we start. Feel free to leverage Django’s standard admin and any reputable packages (e.g., Django Rest Framework, django-allauth, Stripe/Braintree SDKs) as long as everything ties together cleanly.
Deliverable: a fully functional production-ready site, complete with brief setup notes so I can maintain it moving forward.
If this sounds like a build you can tackle confidently, let’s talk timelines and get started.
