Wedding Program Image Reformat

I need an image reformatted for a wedding program. The current image is in PNG format and designed for an accordion-style layout. I want it to be one page folded in half, creating a letter-sized program (8.5 x 11 inches).

Requirements:
- Maintain current design elements and layout is preferred, but I'm open to suggestions for improvements.
