Professional Expo Brochure Design Needed

I am preparing for an upcoming expo in the Agri & Nutraceutical sector and need a brochure that immediately attracts new customers while reinforcing our professional, corporate image. All written content is ready; what I am missing is a designer who can translate that copy into a visually engaging layout and source crisp, high-resolution images that feel clean, modern and industry-appropriate.

The brochure will be printed, so the final file must arrive press-ready—CMYK, 300 dpi, correct bleed and trim marks—delivered as a PDF. If you normally work in InDesign, Illustrator or similar professional tools, great; just supply the packaged working files as well so my print house has maximum flexibility.
