Modern Home Paint Palette

I’m refreshing a modern-style home and need a cohesive paint palette that first addresses the exterior façade and then flows naturally into the interior. Although the immediate priority is the outside of the house, I want the colours you propose to harmonise with the rooms listed below so the whole property feels purpose-designed.

What I expect from you
– Two or three complete colour schemes, each showing primary, trim and accent shades with exact paint brand names and codes.
– A brief rationale for each scheme explaining how it suits a modern aesthetic and links exterior surfaces to the interior spaces above.
– Simple visual aids: façade mock-ups plus quick swatch boards for the rooms so I can see the flow at a glance.
– Basic application notes (recommended sheen, placement guidelines and any prep tips that matter for exterior longevity).
