Website Refresh & Suburb Pages

I’m ready to give my site a fresh, contemporary look while expanding it with dedicated suburb pages. The first step is a visual overhaul of the homepage and our main service pages so they feel current, clean, and intuitive on every device. Once the core refresh is in place, I need individual pages built for each suburb we serve.

Each suburb page should:
• Introduce our services tailored to that area
• Feature a simple, well-styled contact form that feeds into the same backend as our existing enquiries

Feel free to re-use branding elements that already work, but show me how you’d modernise layout, typography, and imagery so everything feels cohesive. I’m open to subtle animations, fresh iconography, and improved calls-to-action as long as load times stay snappy.

Please outline:
1. The tools or CMS approach you’d use (e.g., WordPress with Elementor, custom HTML/CSS, etc.)
2. An estimated timeline for the refresh and for rolling out the suburb pages in batches
3. Any examples of modern sites you’ve recently completed that demonstrate a similar blend of design polish and clear lead-generation focus
