Web Patient Management App Build

I’m ready to launch a browser-based platform for my home-healthcare agency that will centralise patient management and, in later phases, handle Electronic Visit Verification. The immediate objective is a secure web application—desktop and tablet friendly—that lets our staff create rich patient profiles, track medical history in an intuitive timeline, and stay on top of medication schedules.

You’ll own the full stack: schema design, REST/GraphQL APIs, front-end components, and deployment. A modern JavaScript stack (React or Vue with a Node/Express backend) is my default thinking, but I’m open to your preferred tools if they can meet HIPAA-level security, role-based access control, and responsive performance.

Deliverables for this first milestone
• Responsive web app running in all major browsers
• CRUD workflows for patient profiles, medical-history entries, and medication lists
• Secure authentication and granular role management
• Clean, well-documented code in a Git repo with setup/run instructions

Acceptance criteria
– Only authorised roles can view or edit patient data
– Medication reminders can be created, updated, and marked administered, with audit history
– Average page load under two seconds on a standard broadband connection
