I'm looking for a WordPress developer who can turn our theater's brand guidelines into a fully functioning, contemporary website that serves as the primary information hub for audiences, the press, and corporate partners -and ultimately funnels everyone to our external ticket-purchase pages.
Core experience I need you to bring: custom WordPress theme or thoughtful modification of an existing premium theme, creation of a performance-schedule module with a fast, intuitive search, and smooth handling of mixed media.
Visitors must be able to browse upcoming productions, watch a trailer, flip through rehearsal photos.
dedicated player that keeps users on the page.
I also need:
• Clear information architecture-Home,
Repertoire/Schedule, About, Media, Press Room, Support/Partners, and any other pages you recommend for SEO and usability.
Responsive design that performs equally well on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
Lightweight plugins only; anything you add must be maintained and GDPR-compliant.
Simple CMS controls so our team can update shows, images, and copy without touching code.
On-page SEO basics (structured data for events, meta tags, fast loading).
