I’m looking to build a small-scale, browser-based farming simulation that revolves around animal husbandry. Players should be able to buy livestock, feed and breed them, collect products (milk, eggs, wool, etc.), and watch their farm stats grow in real time.

Key requirements
• Platform: Web – the game must run smoothly in all modern browsers without extra plugins.
• Core loop: purchase animals, manage feed/water, track growth stages, harvest animal products, then reinvest or expand.
• Progression: simple XP or coin system tied to successful animal care.
• Art & audio: placeholder assets are fine for now; I mainly need the gameplay mechanics working.
• Tech stack: I’m flexible—JavaScript with Canvas/WebGL, Phaser, or Unity WebGL build are all acceptable. Use what you’re comfortable with, but keep the code clean and well-commented for future additions.
• Save system: basic local save (localStorage or indexedDB) so players can return to their farm.

Nice to have (not required at this stage)
– Hooks for future crop cultivation or market trading modules.
– Responsive layout for mobile browsers.

Deliverables
1. Playable web prototype hosted on your test server or shared via build files.
2. Source code with clear instructions on how to deploy locally.
3. Brief documentation outlining architecture, asset placeholders used, and where to plug in future features.

If you’ve built web sims or idle/clicker games before, please include a link or GIF demo so I can check the feel. Let me know your preferred framework and an estimated timeline, and we can get started!
