Commission Sales for Video Editing

I run a short-form video editing agency that turns raw footage into polished TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. I’m ready to scale and need driven commission-only sales reps who can consistently bring in new work from businesses.

Your focus will be on business accounts rather than creators or personal brands. Day to day you’ll identify promising prospects, start conversations, explain our editing packages, and close the deal. The preferred outreach channels are Instagram DMs, LinkedIn messages, and good old-fashioned email; feel free to combine them into a multistep sequence if that matches your style.

Compensation is simple: you earn 15 % of every first invoice you close, paid immediately after the client settles their bill. There is no cap, and strong performers will be offered longer-term collaboration and larger revenue shares on retainers.
