I already have complete 20' × 24' house plans in .dwg format; I now need those drawings revised so the building will safely handle Yakutat, Alaska snow loads and reflect a few design tweaks.

Scope of changes
• Roof structure: switch the current dimensional-lumber rafters to I-joists. Please size them so the assembly meets the local design snow load requirement for Yakutat (per current IRC/IBC tables or stamped engineering, if you can provide it).
• Openings: adjust window and exterior-door sizes or swing directions where required by the new roof/wall framing and update the schedules accordingly.
• Sheets & call-outs: reflect all changes in plans, sections, elevations, and material notes so they read cleanly for permitting.

Deliverables
1. Updated .dwg files with clearly layered revisions.
2. A printable PDF set ready for permit submission.
3. Brief calculation summary (or manufacturer tables) showing the chosen I-joist and roof assembly meet the specified load.

Let me know your lead-time and any clarifications you need on local snow-load numbers, and we can get started right away.
