Urgently Needed: EUC L2 Field Engineers

We have received an urgent requirement for EUC L2 Field Engineers across multiple locations in Europe and the USA. Kindly support us with suitable profiles at the earliest.
Required Profile
We are looking for candidates with experience in EUC / Deskside / Desktop Support at L2 level, preferably with strong hands-on onsite support experience.
Key Skills & Experience:
L2 End User Computing / Desktop Support experience
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and support
Laptop/Desktop hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 support
Active Directory and user/account support
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS and DHCP troubleshooting
Software installation and troubleshooting
Device imaging, rebuild and configuration
Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Ability to handle and resolve L2 incidents independently
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Experience providing onsite/field support is preferred
