Bilingual Virtual Assistant Needed

I’m looking for a reliable bilingual virtual assistant who can switch comfortably between English and a second language of your choice when interacting with my customers. Day to day, you’ll split your time between two main areas:

• Customer support – responding to inquiries, resolving basic issues, and keeping every interaction friendly, clear, and well-documented in our help-desk system.
• Administrative data entry – updating spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal records with speed and accuracy.

Because these tasks are ongoing, consistency matters more to me than volume. If you already work confidently with Google Workspace, Excel, or similar tools and can keep concise notes in each ticket, you’ll fit right in. Clear communication, quick turn-around on messages, and meticulous attention to detail are the traits that will make this collaboration smooth for both of us.
