OCW Staffing is looking for a freelance recruitment agent to conduct preliminary interviews with job candidates.

Responsibilities

Conduct telephone/online interviews with candidates.

Verify qualifications, work experience and candidate information.

Assess communication skills, professionalism and suitability.

Follow our interview questions and recruitment guidelines.

Record interview results and provide a recommendation.

Submit clear candidate feedback after each interview.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

Recruitment, HR or interviewing experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Professional telephone manner.

Good English proficiency.

Reliable internet/phone access.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Type: Remote
Work Days - Monday to Friday
Hours - 10am to 4pm South Africa time
