Upbeat Animated Short sound and animation

I’ve written a 10 minute animated film and now need a full original soundtrack and animation. the story opens with monarch butterflies taking flight, moves into a lively chorus, then breaks into a rap and has some other elements. i need someone to do all sound and animate it.

Here’s a little breakdown of some - not all - elements.
. Voices for all characters.
• Introduction music that matches butterflies flitting about that becomes quite sad as monarch butterfly populations disappear and then frantic as a monarch butterfly can't find milkweed.
• A deep, soulful chorus by an oakworm
- A passionate modern musical rap done by a monarch butterfly convincing someone to plant native.
Then the rap becomes super-fast, m&m-style.
The soulful chorus repeated using a violin by a little girl.
Also there are regular voices throughout the script and other animals that contribute to the music.
