Residential Pole Barn Stamping

Please don't bid if you are not certified for PA, USA.
I need a licensed professional to stamp CAD pole barn drawings for Pennsylvania approval. The barn is residential and under 1,000 sq ft. My drawings which may need minimum revision shows footings, sidewalls structure placements, types of lumbers etc. On that side wall will sit the roof, as shown. The drawing materials should exceed roof load bearing of 60 lbs./sq. ft as shown in pics.
I will need
1. Blueprint ready construction drawing
2. Calculations and stamped by licensed engineer for Pennsylvania, USA

Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Pennsylvania, such that City of Easton can approve it.

- Experience with residential pole barn structures
- Provide a stamped drawing for code compliance
