UK ISO Certification Data Validation

I’m looking for a data specialist to help build a recurring lead system for a UK ISO consultancy.

The goal is to identify up to 1,000 distinct UK businesses per month whose ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or other relevant certificates are due to expire within the next 3–6 months.

**Phase 1: Prove the data source**

Before any system is built, I need you to identify a reliable source and provide:

- A small sample with company name, ISO standard, certificate expiry date, certification body and a link or reference for verification
- The number of distinct UK companies available for each of the next six months
- How often the data is updated and how expired, renewed or duplicate certificates are handled
- The source’s price and written terms permitting this commercial lead generation use

Please do not propose scraping a site that prohibits bulk collection or supplying a list without verifiable expiry dates.

**Phase 2: Build the workflow**

If Phase 1 proves viable, build a system that updates the leads regularly, checks for duplicates, filters by expiry window and exports approved records into a CRM. Please quote this phase separately.

In your proposal, explain which data source you would investigate, what access rights it offers, and what you would deliver in Phase 1. Please distinguish confirmed facts from assumptions.
