Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer or AI Automation Engineer to help build a functional MVP for a B2B procurement web application.
The core goal of the app is simple: allow a procurement manager to request quotes from multiple suppliers (10–20) via email, automatically parse their incoming quotes/PDFs using LLMs into structured data, and display a comparative matrix with AI-generated counter-offer drafts.
### Key Requirements & Scope:
1. User Authentication & Dashboard:
- User signup/login (Supabase Auth).
- Suppliers Directory: Simple CRUD to manage supplier contacts (Name, Email, Category, Company).
2. RFQ Campaign Builder:
- Form to define the purchase request (Product/SKU, quantity, target budget, delivery deadline).
- Multi-select supplier checklist to choose which suppliers receive the quote request.
- Dispatcher: Send individual, personalized quote-request emails to each chosen supplier via Resend / Postmark / SendGrid.
3. Inbound Parsing & AI Extraction:
- Handle incoming supplier replies via Inbound Email Webhook.
- Parse email bodies and attached quotation documents (PDF/Excel) using OpenAI API (GPT-4o) with Structured Outputs / JSON Schema.
- Extract strictly: unit price, currency, lead time (days), shipping/Incoterms, and payment terms.
- Update the database in real-time.
4. Live Comparison Matrix & Counter-offer Drafts:
- Clean UI displaying all received quotes side-by-side, auto-ranking the top offers based on price and delivery time.
- A "Draft Counter-offer" button next to each offer that generates a context-aware negotiation email draft (editable by the human before sending).
