Text Data Entry & Analysis

I have a batch of text-only material sitting in PDFs and Word files that must be keyed into a structured format so I can run meaningful analysis and generate clear reports. The job is straightforward: transfer every piece of text exactly as it appears, standardise basic punctuation or spacing when obvious typos pop up, and keep the original order so downstream analysis lines up perfectly with the source.

Once the information is in, I’ll be running descriptive statistics and building visual summaries in Excel, so the final dataset needs to arrive in a clean, analysis-ready spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX). A quick reconciliation check against the originals is essential; I expect 100 % completion and at least 99 % accuracy before we call it done.
