Data Entry & Analysis Project

I need a full run-through of mixed text-and-numeric records: capture every line into a clean spreadsheet or database, validate it, then extract the key patterns. The raw files arrive in several formats—PDFs, handwritten notes, and CSV exports—so the first step is careful standardisation and error-checking.

Once the information is tidy, create descriptive statistics, pivot-table summaries, and a few clear visualisations that highlight the most relevant trends. Everything has to be traceable back to the original source, and the entire workflow—entry, cleaning, and analysis—needs to wrap up within a month.

Acceptance criteria
• Zero missing or mismatched entries
• Well-organised workbook/database with functioning formulas or queries
• Concise analytical report (PDF or Word) plus the working file

You are free to use Excel, Google Sheets, Python/pandas, or a comparable tool set—as long as the final output is accurate, easy to follow, and delivered on time.
