I'm seeking a creative designer to craft a visually appealing zip-up hoodie for my tech company. The primary color of the hoodie will be black.

Design elements should include:
- Company logo
- I want to allow for creative license (I want you to cook a bit)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Graphic design proficiency
- Experience with apparel design
- Strong portfolio with similar work

Its company swag for a quality engineering team.

It's a bunch of nerds whos job is to write code and build tools to make sure we're refining software to make a a good experience for people who use it. We largely represent the people using the tools at the end of the road so we are constantly asking "Is this easy to use, does this make sense, is this the right thing to make"
We don't deal with antipatters and addictive behavior, we try to protect customers at the end of the day from crappy experiences and make things as easy and convenient as possible.

I will also include our design guidelines - we don't need to adhere to branding super tight but it might inspire some color decisions.
