Tally Year-End Reconciliation

My Tally company data for the recent financial year needs a thorough once-over so that the final Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance are rock-solid. The prime goal is simple: ensure accurate financial statements before I lock the books.

Here is what I need from you:

• Reconcile every ledger for the fiscal year, cross-checking against the supporting paperwork I will supply (PDF bank statements, GST returns, etc.).
• Spot and correct any discrepancies you uncover, updating ledgers or creating adjusting vouchers as required.
• Perform any missing manual data entry—sales, purchase, contra, receipt, payment, and journal vouchers—directly inside Tally (Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime).
• Generate the final audited-ready P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and a brief reconciliation summary outlining issues found and how you resolved them.

Acceptance criteria
• No unreconciled ledger differences.
• Financial statements tie back to source documents to the last rupee.
• All manual entries carry proper voucher numbers, narrations, and tax classifications.

I will provide the Tally data folder, source documents, and remote access if necessary. Looking forward to working with someone who knows Tally inside out and can turn this around quickly and accurately.
