ADP Payroll & Attendance Integration

I need an ADP specialist to configure and fine-tune our payroll environment so it reliably pays more than 50 employees and captures their hours through an integrated time-and-attendance flow. The work is strictly centred on payroll processing and time tracking—our in-house team will continue to handle all tax calculations and filings, so no tax-service setup is required.

Scope of work
• Map and build all earning, deduction and benefit codes in ADP
• Configure time-collection rules, overtime parameters and PTO accruals
• Connect approved time sheets to the payroll cycle for automatic gross-pay calculations
• Import existing employee data and year-to-date balances
• Validate the first live payroll and produce audit reports

Acceptance criteria
• A complete, documented ADP workflow that runs an end-to-end payroll without manual edits
• Accurate time data automatically populates pay lines for every active worker
• First live payroll closes with zero reconciliation discrepancies
