Title: Need U.S. Business Compliance Expert to Change Registered Address of Existing U.S. Entity
We are looking for an experienced **U.S. business formation / corporate compliance professional who can help us update the address of our existing U.S. business entity.
Background
Our U.S. entity was originally registered from India through a third-party company/service provider. That service provider is no longer functional, and we now need to **take control of the entity ourselves and properly update/relocate its address within the United States.**
We are looking for someone who understands the process for **foreign-owned U.S. entities** and can guide us through the process correctly.
### What we need help with
We would like assistance with:
* Reviewing our existing U.S. entity information and current registration status
* Understanding what needs to be changed to update the **business/registered/mailing address**
* Helping us establish a new U.S. address/registered-agent arrangement, if required
* Updating the address with the relevant **state authorities**
* Identifying whether any changes are required with the **IRS, FinCEN, registered agent, or other authorities**
* Advising us on any compliance requirements resulting from the address change
* Helping us complete and file the necessary forms/documents
* Providing clear instructions on anything we need to do from India
* Ideally, helping us complete the entire process rather than simply giving general advice

We are **not looking to form a new company**. The existing U.S. entity is already registered, and our objective is to **retain the existing entity and properly update its address and related records.**
The entity is **foreign-owned and managed from India**, so experience working with non-U.S. owners would be strongly preferred.
