I need an experienced electrical or electronics engineer to custom design and build a working prototype of a compact, self-sustaining, solar-powered LED lighting system.” “The system should use a round solar panel around8 to 10 inches in diameter – smaller if feasible– a rechargeable battery, charge control, and efficient LED lighting. The LED load is expected to be a 24-inch, 12-volt LED strip drawing roughly5 to 8 watts. The system must switch on automatically at dusk and off at dawn, and reliably power the LEDs for at least 10 to 11 hours per night under normal conditions.” “Components should be weather-resistant, targeting something like IP67 or 68.” “Please answer the following in your proposal: Have you designed similar solar or battery powered electronics before? Can you work within the 8 to 10 inch panel size constraint? How will you achieve the 10 to 11 hours of reliable nightly runtime? Can you build and test the prototype yourself, and will you provide schematics, a parts list and design files? Does your price include all materials and shipping to the US, and what’s your estimated total cost and timeline?” “I’m serious about getting this from concept to a working prototype”
