E-Commerce Marketplace Manager Needed

**HIRING: E-Commerce Marketplace Manager / Freelancer**

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **E-Commerce Marketplace Manager** to take end-to-end responsibility for our product management, marketplace operations, advertising, and Amazon account health across:

**Marketplaces**
• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Meesho

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**1. Product Listing & Catalogue Management**

* Create and manage new product listings
* Optimize existing listings for better visibility and conversion
* Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
* Optimize product content according to marketplace guidelines
* Manage variations, attributes, catalogue errors, and suppressed listings
* Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and conversion rates

**2. Amazon Account Health & Policy Compliance – HIGH PRIORITY**

* Monitor Amazon Account Health regularly
* Identify and resolve policy and listing violations
* Work on resolving issues affecting our Amazon account risk status
* Raise and manage Seller Support cases
* Prepare and submit genuine, well-structured **Plans of Action (POAs)** where required
* Follow up with Amazon until issues are properly addressed
* Recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring violations

**Important:** Hands-on experience with Amazon Account Health, policy violations, and risk-related issues is strongly preferred. Basic listing experience alone will not be sufficient.

**3. Marketplace Advertising / PPC**

* Create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
* Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display where applicable
* Conduct keyword research and build effective campaign structures
* Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, search terms, and targeting
* Monitor ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and overall campaign profitability
* Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies
* Develop advertising strategies focused on both sales growth and profitability
* Experience with Flipkart and Meesho Ads is an added advantage

**4. Marketplace Operations**

* Monitor orders, returns, inventory, and catalogue-related issues
* Monitor important marketplace notifications and account alerts
* Coordinate with marketplace Seller Support teams
* Maintain overall account hygiene
* Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations

### IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced with Amazon Seller Central
Experienced with Flipkart Seller Hub and Meesho
Strong in product listing and marketplace SEO
Experienced in Amazon Account Health and policy violation resolution
Experienced in Amazon PPC / performance advertising
Data-driven and results-oriented
Capable of working independently and taking ownership
Good at communication and reporting
Able to identify problems and proactively suggest solutions

### COMPENSATION / BUDGET

**₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month**

The final compensation will depend on:

* Relevant experience
* Number of SKUs/products managed
* Overall marketplace workload
* Amazon Account Health expertise
* PPC/Ads expertise
* Proven previous results and case studies

**For an exceptional candidate with strong proven results, the budget is flexible.**

We are looking for the **right person and long-term working relationship**, not simply the lowest-cost freelancer.

### WORKING HOURS

**Part-time / Flexible: 3–5 hours per day**

Expected availability:

* Monday–Sunday
* Regular communication during business hours
* Timely response to important marketplace/account-health issues

For the right candidate, we are also open to discussing a **full-time arrangement**.

### WEEKLY REPORTING

The selected freelancer will be expected to provide a simple weekly performance report covering:

* Sales & orders
* Ad spend
* ACOS / ROAS
* Top-performing & underperforming products
* Listing improvements completed
* Account Health / violation status
* Open Seller Support cases
* Current issues and action items
* Recommendations and action plan for the following week
