Software Consultation Booking Site

I need a clean, responsive website where visitors can book an appointment specifically for software-development advice. The only service on offer will be a free consultation call, so the flow must be quick: select a time, enter basic contact details, receive an automated confirmation, and have the slot pushed to both my calendar and the client’s.

Key functionality
• Appointment scheduler with real-time availability, timezone handling, and email/SMS reminders
• Single service type – “Software Development / Free Consultation Call” – pre-selected so users never get lost in multiple options
• Simple admin dashboard where I can open or block times, add buffer periods, and export bookings
• Integration with Google Calendar (or Outlook if that is easier)
• Mobile-first UI that matches the Eden Kebede brand style; I will supply logo and colors
• Basic pages: Home, About, Book a Call, and Contact

Deliverable is a fully deployed site (WordPress, React, or another modern stack you recommend) plus hand-off documentation so I can manage slots myself. Please outline your proposed tech, any off-the-shelf booking plugins or custom work you plan, and your timeline to launch.
