I would like to submit my proposal for your Vehicle Service Management System project.
I propose developing a modern, responsive, and scalable workshop management platform, accessible from Android, iOS, tablets, and desktop computers through a Progressive Web App (PWA).
Proposed Features
1. Customer and Vehicle Management
- Customer profiles and complete vehicle history.
- Vehicle check-in and digital service records.
- Repair status tracking and QR-based customer access.
2. Workshop and Job Management
- Work orders with technician assignments.
- Photos, diagnostics, repair notes, and service checklists.
- Job status updates and estimated completion dates.
3. Inventory and Spare Parts
- Spare parts and supplier management.
- Automatic stock deduction when parts are used.
- Low-stock alerts and purchase records.
4. Estimates, Invoicing, and Payments
- Professional quotations and invoices.
- Customer approval workflow.
- Tax configuration and PDF/CSV exports.
- Payment gateway integration.
5. Appointments and Notifications
- Workshop appointment calendar.
- WhatsApp and SMS integration.
- Automated service reminders and repair updates.
6. Administration and Reporting
- Revenue and workshop performance dashboards.
- Technician productivity reports.

Technical Approach
I recommend a Progressive Web App supported by a secure backend API and centralized database.
The system will be designed with offline data entry, synchronization when connectivity returns, responsive interfaces, and secure authentication.

3. Inventory, quotations, and invoicing.
4. Appointments, notifications, and reporting.
5. Offline synchronization, testing, deployment, documentation, and handover.

Estimated Delivery: 120 calendar days, subject to final scope confirmation.
Third-party costs, including hosting, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, payment processing, and app store publication if required, will be agreed separately.
