Project Overview

We are building AUEQI, a construction equipment rental marketplace that connects construction companies, contractors, and equipment owners.

We are planning to convert the existing web platform into a modern mobile application for Android and iOS. We are looking for a skilled UI/UX designer who can analyze our existing website and design a clean, intuitive, and professional mobile app experience using Figma.

Project Scope

The application will support two types of users:

1. Customers

* Browse and search construction equipment.
* Filter equipment by category, location, rental price, and availability.
* View equipment details, photographs, and rental rates.
* Submit rental requests.
* Receive and review vendor quotations.
* Manage bookings and rental history.
* View rental status and notifications.
* Manage profile and project details.

2. Equipment Owners / Vendors

* Vendor registration and onboarding.
* Vendor dashboard.
* Add and manage equipment listings.
* Upload equipment photographs and specifications.
* Set hourly, daily, and monthly rental prices.
* Manage equipment availability.
* Receive and respond to rental enquiries.
* Submit quotations and manage bookings.
* View rental earnings and account details.

Expected Deliverables

1. Review and analyze our existing website.
2. Create user flows for customers and vendors.
3. Design low-fidelity wireframes for the main workflows.
4. Create modern, high-fidelity mobile UI designs in Figma.
5. Design reusable UI components and a basic design system.
6. Create a clickable prototype covering the main customer and vendor journeys.
7. Prepare the Figma file for developer handoff.
8. Deliver the complete, editable Figma source file.

Design Requirements

* Modern, clean, professional B2B design.
* Consistent AUEQI branding.
* Mobile-first layouts suitable for Android and iOS.
* Simple navigation and intuitive user journeys.
* Reusable components and consistent design patterns.
* Clear equipment photographs, pricing, specifications, and availability.
* Proper loading, empty, error, and success states for the essential workflows.

Budget and Timeline

Fixed budget: ₹15,000.
