Responsibilities

* Create short Facebook & Instagram video ads/Reels.
* Create strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds.
* Produce engaging, professional promotional videos.
* Add text overlays, music, transitions and clear calls-to-action.
* Create multiple variations for A/B testing.
* Optimise videos specifically for lead generation and enquiries.
* Follow our branding and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements

* Experience creating paid social media video ads.
* Strong video editing skills.
* Understanding of what makes short-form ads convert.
* Experience creating lead-generation ads is preferred.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
