Commission structure:

• Buyer introduction only – 5%
• Introduction + negotiation assistance – 7.5%
• Buyer sourcing + negotiation + closing assistance – 10%

Example:

7.5% commission: ₹20,625

Seller receives: ₹2,54,375 before applicable platform fees/taxes.

Commission becomes payable only after the seller has actually received the corresponding buyer payment.

The sale does not transfer IRCTC trademarks, logos, proprietary software, accounts, credentials or any third-party intellectual property.
