Custom Data Entry Automation (Good communication skill in Native English is required)

This engagement centres on building a robust data-entry automation that plugs directly into my consulting firm’s proprietary back-office platform. You’ll be working with the platform’s private API and a small in-house schema guide that I will provide, turning manual form inputs and spreadsheet uploads into a fully scripted, zero-touch workflow.

Clear, native-level English is essential because you’ll be collaborating with me and occasionally joining client calls to refine requirements in real time. Although the underlying tech is custom, it behaves much like a RESTful service with JSON payloads, so any modern language (Python, Node.js, C#, etc.) is acceptable as long as the final solution is cleanly structured and easy for another developer to pick up later.

Key deliverables
• An automated module that authenticates against the proprietary system and posts data accurately, handling validation and error-logging.
• Deployment script or container image so the job can run on our internal server.
• A concise test suite demonstrating typical and edge-case scenarios.
• Brief, plain-English documentation outlining setup, configuration variables and hand-off notes.
