## I NEED A FULFILLMENT PERSON — NOT JUST A FREELANCER

I'm looking for an **experienced GoHighLevel + AI Studio builder/developer** who can become a behind-the-scenes fulfillment person for our projects and clients.

This is NOT about hiring someone who needs detailed instructions for every button they push.

I want someone I can give a project to and say:

**"Here's what the client needs. Figure out the best way to build it, build it correctly, test it, and get it working."**

If you're exceptional, this could become **consistent, long-term work with multiple projects.**

# THE REAL JOB: FULFILLMENT

We have projects.

We have clients.

**I need someone who can BUILD THEM.**

That means taking a project from:

**IDEA → ARCHITECTURE → BUILD → INTEGRATION → TESTING → WORKING SYSTEM**

I don't want projects that are "90% finished."

**90% finished = NOT FINISHED.**

If the funnel looks beautiful but the automation doesn't fire, it's not finished.

If the AI agent works but doesn't properly update the CRM, it's not finished.

If the workflow works sometimes but breaks under certain conditions, it's not finished.

If the checkout works but tracking is broken, it's not finished.

**FINISHED means tested and working from beginning to end.**

There are two types of technical people.

**PERSON #1:**

"This isn't working. What should I do?"

**PERSON #2:**

"This wasn't working. I found the problem, tested three solutions, fixed it, and here's what I changed."

**I WANT PERSON #2.**

Before coming to me with a problem, I expect you to have already attempted to solve it.

Google it.

Research it.

Use AI.

Read the documentation.

Test it.

Try another method.

**THEN come to me if you're genuinely blocked.**

Do NOT send me a generic application telling me:

That tells me nothing.

# TEST PROJECT

I will likely start the right candidate with a **paid test project.**

I'm not interested in endless interviews.

**I'd rather see what you can actually build.**

If you crush the test project, there can be considerably more work.

We are looking for someone who can eventually handle **multiple fulfillment projects**, not someone we have to replace after every build.

# WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

Don't apply if:

* You're currently learning GoHighLevel.
* You only know basic workflows.
* You've never built AI agents.
* You need step-by-step instructions for everything.
* You outsource everything after getting hired.
* You regularly leave projects 90% complete.
* You can't troubleshoot your own work.
* You can't show examples of systems you've personally built.
* You're managing 30 clients and don't actually have time for another one.
