AI Sales Desk Operator & Full-Cycle B2B Closer

Nexara Labs USA is developing an AI-assisted sales desk for wholesale and private-label email inquiries.

The system is intended to answer routine questions, organize incoming requirements, draft responses, maintain follow-up, and escalate critical issues requiring human judgment.

We need a seller who can help operate and improve that workflow while also sourcing and closing their own deals.

This is not a customer-support role.

You are accountable for revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source wholesale and private-label opportunities
- Monitor and manage AI-assisted inquiry workflows
- Review AI-drafted responses before critical communication
- Identify when pricing, compliance, product, or commercial decisions require escalation
- Qualify leads and buyer intent
- Own discovery, quotes, negotiation, and close
- Improve FAQs and sales workflows from recurring questions
- Maintain CRM accuracy and attribution
- Develop repeat business
- Follow strict RUO-only messaging

COMPENSATION
20% starting commission on eligible cleared contribution profit from personally attributable business.

25% available for verified performance and meaningful workflow ownership.

No guaranteed salary or hourly pay.
