WhatsApp Automation System Build

I want to walk away with a complete, working WhatsApp automation system ​and a clear understanding of how every piece fits together—from a single bulk-send to a fully branching chatbot flow.

Here is what I need from you:

• Bulk messaging: a script or service that can pull a customer list (CSV, database, or Google Sheet), merge personalized fields, push the messages through the WhatsApp Business API, and show real-time status updates (sent, delivered, read, failed).
• Interactive conversations: templated messages that present numbered choices (Product Information, Pricing, Order Status, Talk to an Agent, etc.). When a user taps a choice, the next message should fire automatically and continue the dialogue naturally.
• API set-up guidance: I’m not sure whether my current account is API-enabled, so I’ll need your help confirming eligibility, completing Meta’s verification, and wiring everything up (Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or another approved gateway—whichever is fastest and compliant).
• Knowledge transfer: concise, step-by-step documentation and a live walkthrough so I can maintain and extend the workflow myself.

Feel free to suggest Python, Node.js, Java, or a no-code wrapper; I’m open as long as the final solution is stable and cost-effective.

Acceptance criteria
1. I can upload a list, hit “Send,” and watch message delivery stats update.
2. Users can navigate the menu without human intervention, and transcripts log correctly.
3. All code, environment variables, and deployment steps are handed over and run on my machine during a screen-share.
