SketchUp to Enscape Interior Visualization

Hi,

I am looking for someone who can work with an existing SketchUp model and prepare it for visualization in Enscape.

The model is already built as a white model: the apartment/interior layout is complete, and the furniture is already placed. The main task is not to model everything from scratch, but to apply materials/textures, adjust the scene, lighting, and create realistic visualizations and/or a video walkthrough in Enscape.

Description: Appartment of 65m2

Scope of work:
- Open and check the existing SketchUp model.
- Apply realistic materials and textures to walls, floors, furniture, kitchen, bathroom, decor, etc.
- Adjust or improve materials where needed so they look realistic in Enscape.
- Set up lighting, including natural light and artificial lighting.
- Prepare several camera views for still renders.
- Create high-quality Enscape renders.
- Create a short walkthrough video/animation through the interior.
- Keep the existing layout, furniture placement, scale, and geometry as they are unless changes are discussed separately.

The style and mood should follow the provided references/moodboard. I can provide images, material references, colors, and notes for each room.
