You’ll receive a finished 16-page brochure PDF in A4 landscape (297 × 210 mm) with 2 mm bleed on every edge, overall size 301 × 214 mm. The file was exported from a source other than InDesign or Word, and my print shop kicked it back because some fonts weren’t embedded.
Please run a proper check—Acrobat Preflight, pdffonts, or a similar tool—to pinpoint every non-embedded typeface, then embed them (or convert the text to outlines if that’s simpler). The brochure’s layout, images, colours, page size and bleed must remain pixel-perfect; no text edits are allowed.
Deliverables
• A print-ready PDF, preferably as PDF/X-4, with every font embedded
• A brief preflight report confirming the fix
