1. New Drawing Request & Modification Request
The portal should support complete workflows for **New Drawing Requests** and **Drawing Modification Requests**, including:
* Users should be able to submit a new drawing request or modification request through the portal.
* The request should be linked with the **Drawing Upload** functionality so that users can upload the required drawings/documents.
* Automatic **email notifications** should be triggered to the concerned User and Admin whenever a request is submitted, updated, or requires action.
* **Portal notifications** should be displayed to both Users and Admins for important request updates and actions.
* Admin should have an option to **request additional information, clarification, or supporting documents** from the user for a particular enquiry.
* Users should be able to view the clarification request and provide the required details/documents through the portal.
* The complete communication and status updates should remain linked to the respective request/enquiry for future reference.
* Request status should be trackable, such as **New, Under Review, Clarification Required, In Progress, Completed, and Closed**.
2. Drawing History
The portal should maintain a complete and easily accessible **drawing history** for each drawing/request.
The history should include:
* Drawing/request reference number.
* Drawing name/number.
* Revision details.
* Request/enquiry details.
* User/requestor information.
* **Enquiry Date**.
* Modification/update details.
* Uploaded drawing/document versions.
* Communication or clarification history.
* Request status and status changes.
* **Closed Date**.
* Details of previous revisions and actions taken.
Users/Admins should be able to view the complete history and track how a drawing has been modified or processed over time.
3. Master Data Management
The Master Data section should be enhanced as discussed and should include:
* **ID Number** for each master record/drawing.
* Drawing/document details and relevant master information.
* Option to **upload PDF documents** against the respective record.
* **View PDF** option to allow authorized users to view the uploaded document.
* **Revision History** option to view all previous versions/revisions associated with the drawing.
* Ability to identify the **latest revision/version** clearly.
* Appropriate **View/Details** options for accessing the complete record.
* Maintain proper linkage between the master record, uploaded PDF, revisions, and drawing history.
* Access to master data and documents should be controlled based on the user's role/permissions.
