Shooting Club Membership App Development

I need a cross-platform mobile app (native or Flutter/React Native is fine) that becomes the digital “clubhouse” for my shooting association, available on both iOS and Android.

Core idea
Members, coaches, and administrators should each log in and see a tailored dashboard. For members, the focus is on personal metrics and statistics—think scores, weapon categories, training hours, accuracy charts, and similar data visualisations. Coaches must be able to review those same stats in aggregate, assign training programs, publish events, and record notes. Administrators handle everything: approving memberships, creating tournaments, updating rankings in real time, and monitoring documents that are about to expire (gun licences, insurance, medical certificates, etc.).

Features in scope
• Metrics & statistics with clear graphs and historical comparisons
• Tournament creation, registration, and dynamic ranking tables
• Training program scheduler that pushes exercises and reminders
• Event calendar with RSVP and attendance tracking
• Document vault that highlights upcoming expirations and sends push alerts
• Role-based access throughout (Members, Coaches, Administrators)
• Secure membership payments/gatekeeping handled via existing Stripe account or another mainstream gateway
• Push notifications, light/dark mode, and multilingual readiness (EN/PT) are desirable but not mandatory for the first release

Deliverables
1. UX/UI wireframes approved before coding
2. Full-functioning iOS & Android builds, ready for App Store / Google Play submission
3. Source code repository with clear commit history and README for local setup
4. Simple admin web panel (could be built with React, Angular, or Laravel) for data management
5. Documentation covering architecture, database schema, and deployment steps
6. Post-launch support window for bug fixing (minimum 30 days)

Tech note
Back-end can be Firebase, Supabase, or a standard REST/GraphQL API—whichever fits fastest development and long-term scalability. Please outline your preferred stack, estimated timeline, and any similar apps you have shipped when you respond.
